PROCESSING ORDERS

 Just a reminder that you will receive your order 2-5 business days from the date that it is shipped out, not necessarily from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it can still take 3-5 days to process your order. This is just an estimate, and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive am email with tracking information.

We are not responsible for orders that have been lost in the mail or stolen from mail receptacles. If the USPS tracking number says delivered, we have no choice but to trust the postal services.

If we’ve listed an item incorrectly or there’s a problem with your order/item, we will make it right. Shoot curvygirlboutique@yahoo.com an email explaining the situation and we'll get back to you as soon as we can with a solution!

Important to know:

All ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE, HOWEVER, IF AN ITEM DOES NOT WORK OUT, WE CAN PLACE THE ITEM ON CONSIGNMENT FOR YOU. 

 

· Return shipping charge is not refundable.

 

· If your item does not arrive as described, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt so that we can research your concern. 

 

Due to the nature of our business, items purchased that are gently used cannot be returned.We are unable to manage or determine whether the item was worn or not; therefore, Curvy Girl will be unable to do a refund. 

Local customers have the option of picking up items that are purchased online. If the item is picked up, tried on in the store, and doesn’t meet your expectations, we will issue you a refund. 

Store credit cannot be used for online purchases and can only be redeemed in the location you receive it at.

 

Refused Packages 
All Refused Packages are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Undeliverable Packages 
All Undeliverable packages that are not reshipped (After the customer pays for reshipment) are subject to a 15% restocking fee of the final order total. NO EXCEPTIONS
 
Delivered Packages
All packages marked as delivered by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are at the liability of the customer. Customers must be present or make accomodations when packages are being delivered. We are not responsible for any lost packages once the item (in the tracking) has been marked as delivered.
